This morning when I was leaving for work and said "bye-bye" - Lucas waved at me with his left hand!! I asked him twice just so to make sure it wasn't an accident. It was completely unexpected, and witnessing this for the first time is simply indescribeable. He is amazing.
All is good, he's back to his old self and is sleeping quiet and peacefully. :-) More later...
