I've been procrastinating writing an update because it was a long rollercoaster week, with ups and downs. So much has happened, it seemed with every day that passed, I knew the update would take me longer to write and I couldn't find the time to sit down and write.
We started out pretty rocky, but the good news is we ended the ride on a very positive note. The last time I wrote was on Tuesday, Jan 6... rather than write a really long update covering the last week, I broke it up into several updates, so start at the bottom on Thursday, Jan 8.

Yes, it definitely was a roller coaster for you, Bran and Lucas. Reading January 8th, I could feel my own anxiety and can only imagine what your experience was in real time/real life. It is encouraging for you to have such a wonderful team for Lucas. You're a terrific writer and I always look forward to reading about his latest news whether that be two steps forward, two steps backward or somewhere in between. BIG HUGS and lots of hope that this new week will new successes for Lucas and his vision. Dr. Roman and Dr. Yaun ROCK!! You and Bran rock as proactive parents.
